753 抹茶
來自日本靜岡的初摘單一產區抹茶。口感滑順且富含鮮味，帶有溫和的堅果香、天然甘甜及細緻的海苔尾韻。即使是沖泡薄茶（Usucha）也非常合適，能夠細細品味其優異的品質與細膩的風味層次。

Saya 抹茶
來自日本埼玉的初摘抹茶。香氣四溢、鮮活明亮，具有深厚的鮮味與強勁的餘韻。非常適合搭配牛奶或植物奶飲用，讓您在享受醇厚奶香的同時，依然能感受到濃郁的抹茶風味。

Saya Matcha
> Cultivars: Hokumei & Yabukita

> How to prepare:

🍵 Traditional matcha (usucha style) is enjoyed with only water. Sift 1 tsp matcha to 60 ml hot (not boiling) water at around 80°C. Whisk for 15–30 seconds in a M & W (zig-zag) motion. Top up with another 120–180 ml hot water and enjoy!

🥛 For a creamy cold-whisked matcha latte, sift 3g of matcha and whisk with 40ml of your milk of choice (we love oat). Pour over 120 ml of milk and enjoy hot or iced.

> Storage: Matcha is sensitive (just like us...). After opening, store it in a cool, dry place, ideally in the fridge to keep it fresh and happy!
